HADS is a multi-diciplinary artist who devotes his time in equal parts to music production and visual arts. His artwork is comprised of two lanes: detailed hand-cut stencils of original designs executed with spray paint; and acrylic-based abstract paintings.
All of the work is informed by both his Levantine heritage as well as North American upbringing. Palestinian Liberation finds its way into the mix and is delivered with the street art aesthetic and format that guides his framework. Graffiti, skateboarding and music subculture elements are strongly anchored in the practice, whether the surface be canvas, skateboard deck, or private wall commissions.
